Vendor (food/drink tastings) Application
REQUIRED FORMS:
- ALL: CCC Health Department Form
- If you are cooking from a production kitchen, also provide the CCC Production Kitchen Form.
- If you are cooking from home also provide your Cottage Licence.
Form Instructions:
1. Health Department forms (PDF) are provided below. Download the applicable forms, complete, then scan/photograph.
2. You'll be prompted to attach your file(s) when you fill out the application.
Note: No sales allowed - you will be providing free tastings.
Food & Beverage Vendor Application
We are no longer taking applications for food participants.
Tickets for additional staff can be purchased here @ $35 each. (food & beverage tasting for one is included with the booth registration.)
Participant will provide:
-Arrive between 12:00 to 2 pm and be fully set up by 3pm.
-Food/Beverage samples for at least 400 samples.
-Small plates, single-used utensils, & napkins
-Trained staff covering booth from 4:00-7pm. (If staff not available we will provide servers.)
-Food grade thermometer and equipment compliant with food safety guidelines
-Materials to promote your business available for guests (menus, brochures, business cards.
Host will provide:
-Two tables, one with linen, one for prepping
-Assist in unloading, break down, & clean up
-Wine glasses
-Water and ice
-Hand washing and utensils station
-Market your business in promotional materials
-NO COST to participate
